Natalie Alexandra Franco McDermott, COTA/L, CLT Welcome! I’m Natalie, founder of EIR Lymphatics. I graduated from Concorde Career College in 2021 as a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant and became a certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Academy of Lymphatics. I’ve specialized in post-surgical and reconstructive and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) using the voder technique, and I’m passionate about helping clients heal, sculpt and restore balance through advanced lymphatic and body contouring therapies.
